Outcome
We were able to gain planning permission where it was previously refused and add two additional apartments to the scheme by creating a flood compensation zone beneath the property.
Innovative procurement allowed reduced costs and a condensed time period.
A high quality finish was achieved internally and externally and many units were sold off plan.
